Spanish IV Conversation
Spanish IV Conversation is for students who have academic or practical experience using present, past, future and conditional Spanish verb tenses as well as some familiarity with the subjunctive mood. Complete fluency with these concepts is not necessary or expected. Spanish IV further builds upon the concepts established in the Spanish III Course and/or upon skills acquired in other educational settings.
This course will consist of guided conversations, presentations of advanced grammatical concepts, cultural comparisons (traditions, regional accents, word choices, etc.), and projects that are designed to help students move into Spanish language conversations that include more advanced and complex topics. We will be speaking in Spanish much of the time during the classroom sessions though we’ll use English for translations and explanations whenever necessary.
Sessions – Spring 2023
Spanish IV Conversation will meet from April 12 – May 31 on Wednesdays from 5:30-7pm at our institute. The course is limited to 10 people so please sign up in advance.
