Italian Food by Region
This course is a celebration of the unique dishes that define the various regions of Italy. Join us as we explore the varied nuances of Italian cuisine and uncover the cultural and historical stories behind each dish. Each week we will explore a new region and its cuisine, while improving our conversational Italian skills and enriching our vocabulary. This course is designed for intermediate to advanced Italian language learners.
Sessions – Winter 2024
