Italian Food by Region
This course is a celebration of the unique dishes that define the various regions of Italy. Join us as we explore the varied nuances of Italian cuisine and uncover the cultural and historical stories behind each dish. Each week we will explore a new region and its cuisine, while improving our conversational Italian skills and enriching our vocabulary. We are offering two sections of this course – one for beginner Italian language learners and one for intermediate to advanced speakers.
Sessions – Summer 2024
Italian Food by Region for Beginners will meet on Wednesdays 6-7pm from July 10 – August 12. This course is designed for people who are new to the Italian language or have learned the language for less than a year. We will offer a session for intermediate and advanced speakers in the fall.
