Italian Film Critics – Beginner

Are you looking for an energizing and fun environment to practice your Italian language skills? In this 5‑week course, you’ll watch an Italian film at home (on Netflix or Amazon) each week and then come together with the class to discuss it. By acting as film critics, we’ll further develop our Italian conversational skills while expanding our vocabularies.

This class is designed for beginner Italian speakers who are familiar with present, past, and future tenses. You are encouraged to watch each movie with either Italian or English subtitles. Class discussions will take place partly in Italian and partly in English to ensure comprehension of our discussions.

Class Cancellation Policy & Refunds

A full course credit or refund can be requested prior to one week before the start of the course or workshop. If a student requests a refund, they will be charged a $30 fee.  We cannot issue any refunds after this period.
