Join us for a geographic and cultural journey as we learn how wine enriches the lifestyle of Spaniards and how the culture of wine varies from region to region throughout the Iberian Peninsula. We will discover the languages surrounding Spain’s exceptional wines. This workshop is led by long time OSU and COCC Spanish Professor David Engel who leads groups to Spain each year so they can experience the historical and culinary delights found there.
