Spanish Cinema Course
In Spanish Cinema, we will spend five weeks reviewing some of the best movies made in Spanish. Each week we will watch one movie at home and then come together to discuss historical context, characters, time periods, and directors’ biographies. Our discussions will allow us to practice the Spanish language and vocabulary associated with cinema. No textbook required, movies selected are available in Netflix, Prime and the Deschutes library. The class will be taught in Spanish and all material provided will be in Spanish. This is a perfect opportunity for intermediate and advanced Spanish language learners.
