Introductory Italian (Part 1)
Introductory Italian is designed for students who have never taken an Italian class before. The goal is to develop basic oral and written proficiency in Italian. By the end of the class you should be able to speak and write about a variety of topics, such as your family and friends, your likes/dislikes, food and hobbies, and travel plans. You should also be able to read directions, food menus, train timetables, and short stories (with a dictionary).
Sessions – Winter 2021
For winter 2020, we are dividing Introductory Italian into two parts that are each four weeks long. You can take the parts in sequence or only take one course depending on your language learning needs. Introductory Italian Part 1 will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:45-4:45pm from January 12 – February 4. We plan to meet at our institute at 416 NE Greenwood Ave but may move to Zoom if needed. This class will be capped at 6 students so please sign up in advance.
Please send us an email at email@example.com or call us at 541-728-3022 if you would like more details or have any questions. You can also email us if you would like to learn about fully remote options for introductory and advanced Italian.
